What We Do (Why We're Different)
By now you’ve probably seen our site and wondered, “where are the listings?” How do they sell property without actually advertising any property for sale?
We take a much different approach from the other real estate companies selling farm and hunting land. Our focus is solely on you, the buyer. We don’t advertise any listings because we don’t take any listings. Because of this rule, our only job is to find you the right property, regardless of where it may be found or with whom it may be listed.
In most land transactions, if there is one real estate agent involved, it is highly likely that that agent is working for the seller. His sole job is to get the property sold for the best price, and on the most favorable terms for that seller. Although many land buyers develop good relationships with selling agents through the buying process, the truth still remains that the selling agent has a legal duty to get the best price and terms for his client – the seller.
That’s where we shine. We serve as the agent for our buyers, helping them from the very beginning. We start by identifying potential target properties through our extensive list of contacts throughout our working area. There is no need to push one company’s listings over another because our job is to find the right property for our clients, wherever they may be found. We seek out property listed on the open market, pocket listings not found on the internet, as well as a large number of unlisted properties that would not otherwise be known to the general public. After identifying our target properties, we go to work seeking the most favorable terms and purchase price for you, our clients. We work with you up to, and after closing, to make sure you are achieving the goals you set for your property.
