We do not charge any buyer's premiums or fees to purchase property we find for you. Our fees are paid by the sellers.

 

After signing up, expect a phone call within 48 hours. We will introduce ourselves and discuss your property search in more detail. We insist on talking directly with you on the phone or in person to ensure we understand your needs and can find your perfect property match. After this phone interview, your property search information will be posted publicly on our website to be viewed by all landowners and agents.

 

Our privacy pledge: Your personal and contact information will always be private and never posted on our website.
